【Quick Guide to Applying for a Library Card】

Step 1：Go to the Kaohsiung Public Library – Library Card Application page.https://reurl.cc/4b15ML

Step 2：Scroll down and click “Apply for a personal library card online.”

Step 3：Open the “Online Registration” page, scroll down, check “I have read and agree to the policy.” and then click Submit.

Step 4：Fill in your personal information and click Submit.

Step 5：You’re all set! Your online library card has been successfully created.

You can now freely borrow e-books from the Kaohsiung Public Library, or bring your passport to the Yancheng Library to activate borrowing for physical books.
