Chiu Shu is a performer who bridges the worlds of theater and music. Renowned for her clear and versatile voice, she resembles a natural effects processor. Each of her performances offers a unique voicing experience. Her work, rooted in folk guitar, blends theatrical performance with musical experimentation, creating a fluid sonic landscape that weaves Hakka dialect into contemporary music. Her debut album, "Waiting for a prsent," won the Golden Melody Award for Best Folk Album and was nominated for Best Hakka Album and Album of the Year.
