《金魚壺》 The Goldfish Pot
"The Goldfish Pot" is a manga-worldbuilding creation that began creation at the end of 2024, but the inspiration can be traced back to the assignments in the character design course in college. The worldview of "The Goldfish Pot" refers to the culture of North Africa and the Middle East, the history of the colonization of New Spain and the westward movement of the United States, and incorporates elements of primitive religion.
The story was inspired by the two works "Porco Rosso" and "The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry". This is a world after colonization and war. You can see ruins and forgotten religious sites, as well as vibrant desert towns.
Beyond the manga story, I hope that readers can imagine what kind of role they would like to play, what they would like to do, and how they would explore that world if they were in there.
