  • What are the operating hours of the Oriental Lounge?

Oriental Lounge operates daily from 7am to 9pm, and we warmly welcome Club guests to join us and unwind at any time within this period.

  • Does Oriental Lounge offer usage of the meeting room?

Oriental Lounge provides one hour of complimentary use of the meeting rooms per room daily. For meeting room requirements, kindly contact Oriental Lounge via email at motpe-ol@mohg.com.

  • Is it possible to make table reservations at Oriental Lounge?

Oriental Lounge is open to all Club guests while tables cannot be reserved, as Club guests are entitled unlimited access.

  • Does Oriental Lounge provide lunch or dinner?

The Oriental Lounge does not serve lunch or dinner; nevertheless, guests are welcome to order In-Room Dining or takeaway from the hotel restaurants to enjoy at the lounge.

  • Is the evening cocktails a dinner buffet?

Oriental Lounge's evening cocktails provides light meals, including evening cocktails and appetisers. Club guests are welcome to enjoy a delightful evening either before or after dinner.

  • Are afternoon tea or evening cocktails still available after checkout?

Club guests are welcome to relax and enjoy an afternoon tea after checkout. However, there will be an additional charge of TWD 1,400 + 10% per person for the evening cocktails consumption.

  • Can the food at Oriental Lounge be ordered for takeaway?

Food takeaway service is unavailable at the Oriental Lounge as a precautionary measure for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Where is the location for breakfast service?

Club guests may enjoy breakfast during their stay through the two following options.

1. Oriental Lounge located on the 6th level: Providing semi-buffet with selection of food, creating a tranquil environment for guests to begin their day.

2. Café Un Deux Trois located on the 5th level: Featuring a larger buffet counter showcasing a diverse array of culinary styles.

  • What are the services and pricing for the meeting rooms at Oriental Lounge?

The Oriental Lounge Meeting Room provides complimentary paper, leather pads, stationery, bottled water and a projector for Club guests. Each Club room is entitled to one hour of complimentary use of the meeting room daily, with a subsequent hourly rental fee of TWD 2,500. For enquiries or appointments, please contact the Oriental Lounge team.

  • Can we enjoy non-hotel food at Oriental Lounge?

Guests are allowed to bring non-hotel food to Oriental Lounge; however, in accordance with food safety measures, a signature for disclaimer is required.

  • What benefits are available for Club guests to enjoy?

1. Daily Refreshments, breakfast, afternoon Tea and evening cocktails .

2. Complimentary pressing of three garments per stay.

3. Complimentary wireless high-speed Internet and Taipei city local calls.

4. Late checkout at 4pm, subject to availability.

5. Complimentary use of the meeting room can be booked in advance via our Lounge Reception for one hour per day, subject to availability.

6. Inviting up to two guests to enjoy Oriental Lounge services and all applicable charges to be posted to your in-house incidental account. Please arrange with our Lounge Reception to better serve your guests.

  • Does Oriental Lounge provide options for vegetarian or gluten-free meals?

The Oriental Lounge acknowledges and accommodates various food cultures, please visit Lounge Reception for special arrangements.

  • Does Oriental Lounge provide newspapers?

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is dedicated to sustainability. Please connect to the hotel Wi-Fi and download Press Reader, a digital platform for newspapers and magazines. It enables guests to stay informed about global news without constraints. Guests may access Press Reader with their own electronic devices or borrow an iPad from the Oriental Lounge team.

  • Are electronic devices available for use at the Oriental Lounge?

The Oriental Lounge provides guests with the option to borrow and use extension cords, phone chargers and power banks.

  • Are check-in and checkout available at Oriental Lounge?

Club guests are welcome to enjoy check-in and checkout service at Oriental Lounge.

  • Is smoking allowed at Oriental Lounge?

Oriental Lounge provides a private balcony for Club guests who wish to smoke and relax.

  • Is Oriental Lounge an accessible and disability-friendly space?

Oriental Lounge provides wheelchair-accessible spaces, offering flat or ramped areas for easy entry and exit.

  • Are pets allowed at Oriental Lounge?

Pets are not permitted in the hotel, except for guide dogs. The Concierge team will be delighted to assist with finding a suitable pet hotel for the duration of your stay.

  • Does Oriental Lounge have charging outlets?

Charging outlets are provided. Should you have any specific requirements, please do not hesitate to inform us, and we will ensure optimal seating arrangements accordingly.

EXPENSES

  • How much is the entry fee for Oriental Lounge?

The rate for single occupancy is TWD 3,500 per room per day.

The rate for double occupancy is TWD 5,000 per room per day.

The rate for additional guests is TWD 1,500 per room per day.

For children aged 4 to 12 years old, the rate is TWD 750 per room per day.

Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 5% local tax.

  • Does Oriental Lounge allow hotel guests’ invited guests to use the facilities?

Club guests may invite two visitors to the Oriental Lounge. Any additional food and beverage charges will be billed based on the guest’s consumption item to the Club guest's room, or they can be settled by the visitors on-site.

  • May Club guests enjoy alcoholic beverages outside of the evening cocktails period?

Oriental Lounge provides a variety of beer selections for Club guests throughout the day. Additional charges will be applied for the consumption of wine and spirits outside of the evening cocktails period.

ATTENTION

  • Is there a dress code that guests are required to adhere to?

Club guests are encouraged to follow a smart casual dress code, which includes wearing covered footwear. Please avoid wearing slippers due to safety concerns.

  • Is there an established policy regarding the presence of children at Oriental Lounge?

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by their parents or an adult guardian.
