Caring for the Environment
In compliance with Taiwan government regulations, effective January 1, 2025, single-use toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and shower caps will no longer be provided in guest rooms. Guests are kindly encouraged to bring their own.
As part of a takeback system with our local water bottling partner, the reusable bottles are hygienically sanitized and filled in an automated production line, with a supplier stipulated plastic seal around the lid. We remain committed to ongoing process improvement towards eliminating single use and plastic free items across our operations.
