<h3 style="text-align:left">貝果｜Bagels</h3>採用傳統水煮工法製作，外層微脆、內裡紮實有嚼勁。每一顆貝果皆以手工製作，經低溫發酵 12 小時，呈現純粹而有深度的風味與口感。內餡亦為手工製作，透過細緻調配，呈現經典風味中更豐富的層次與平衡。Our bagels are made using the traditional boiling method—lightly crisp on the outside, dense and chewy inside.Each bagel is handcrafted and cold-fermented for 12 hours, resulting in a clean yet deeply developed flavor.Fillings are crafted in-house, thoughtfully composed to bring depth and balance to familiar flavors.

<h3 style="text-align:left">酸種麵包｜Sourdough</h3>我們的酸種麵包以 Dark Rye 啓種，搭配日筋與法式麵粉，在低溫中慢慢發酵，發展出更立體且層次豐富的風味。透過天然酵母發酵，不僅更容易消化，也帶來細緻的酸香與深度口感。Our sourdough is built on a Dark Rye starter, blended with Japanese and French flours.Slowly fermented at low temperature, allowing deeper and more complex flavors to develop.Naturally leavened, it is easier to digest with a delicate tang and layered texture.

<h3 style="text-align:left">康普茶｜Kombucha</h3>自然發酵的康普茶，帶有細緻氣泡與清爽酸甜。富含益生菌，有助於腸道健康與日常平衡。※ 康普茶僅供內用Our kombucha is naturally fermented, offering a light effervescence and balanced acidity. Rich in probiotics, it supports gut health and daily wellness.※ Available for dine-in only
