By incorporating industry research and firsthand interviews with a K-Pop songwriter and professionals, I provide unique perspectives on the evolving landscape of the genre.</p><p></p><p>One of my recent posts garnered over 16K views, with 94.1% of the audience being non-fans, demonstrating the account’s ability to engage a broader audience beyond the core fandom.</p>

<h3><strong>Video Campaign Coordination</strong></h3><p>During my tenure at TAICCA, I managed a series of promotional videos for the 2021 Taiwan Creative Content Fest. My responsibilities included ensuring the project stayed on schedule, facilitating communication between the producer and my supervisor, and collaborating with various artists and enterprises to integrate their logos or mascots into the videos. I was also in charge of negotiating and managing licensing agreements.</p><p>One standout project, centered on the metaverse, successfully bridged Taiwan&#x27;s creative talent with the global market, earning the prestigious Red Dot Award in 2022.</p>

<h3><strong>Interview with Teachers</strong></h3><p>After raising public awareness about anti-bullying, we aimed to channel this emotional response into actionable change. To provide deeper insights, we interviewed six high school teachers, who shared their experiences and perspectives on bullying, offering new ways to rethink and address the issue.</p><p>The video garnered <strong>570K views</strong> and sparked discussions within the education community, further amplifying the campaign’s impact.</p>

<h3><strong>LOST &amp; FOUND CAMPAIGN</strong></h3><p>Collaborating with Taiwanese influencers, we launched a campaign by releasing images of school uniforms with hurtful name tags, sparking curiosity and encouraging people to find their &quot;owners.&quot; Then, the partnered influencers shared photos of themselves in their own school uniforms, accompanied by <strong>heartbreaking yet resilient </strong>personal stories about their experiences with bullying.</p><p></p><p>As the stories went viral, we invited more celebrities and influencers to join the movement, further amplifying the campaign’s impact. While expanding its reach, we ensured that the messaging remained cohesive and emotionally resonant, reinforcing a powerful social conversation.</p>

<h3><strong>Integrated Campaign for Change: Anti-Bullying</strong></h3><p>With the rise of the Internet, new forms of bullying continue to emerge, causing even greater harm. Recognizing the limitations of traditional campaigns, our team strategically designed an integrated approach, leveraging compelling messaging, engaging social media posts, short films, and influencer marketing. This approach successfully mobilized the public to take a stand against bullying and shaped public opinion, ultimately reaching <strong>over 8 million people</strong> and generating widespread support for education reform.</p><p>My primary responsibility was to create reliable and engaging content while <strong>establishing and managing strong relationships with influencers</strong>, ensuring their involvement aligned with our campaign’s message and impact. Through strategic influencer collaborations and compelling storytelling, we amplified our reach and engagement, driving meaningful conversations at scale. Additionally, I worked closely with the team to support film production and content execution, ensuring a cohesive and impactful campaign.</p><p></p><p></p>

Integrated Campaign: Anti-Bullying

<p>As mental health has become a critical societal issue, our team set out to alleviate people&#x27;s anxiety through a sensory approach. Our podcast facilitates deeper, more relaxing conversations on self-care. By collaborating with licensed psychologists and influencers from diverse fields, we successfully raised public awareness about mental health, garnering over 200K total views for the campaign.</p>

<h3><strong>Podcast Producing &amp; Hosting</strong></h3><p>To rebuild a strong connection between the people and the government—and to rebrand the Taiwan Ministry of Education—our team launched a new podcast channel, the very first government-produced podcast in Taiwan. I was fully involved in every step of the production process, from planning and pre-interviews to recording, hosting, post-production, and promotion. I produced <strong>30 episodes</strong> and conducted interviews with <strong>over 25 diverse groups</strong>, capturing public perspectives on the Ministry of Education and fostering deeper communication between the public and private sectors. Within its first year, the podcast ranked among the <strong>top 13</strong>.</p>

<h2><strong>Offline Café Event</strong></h2><p>Drawing inspiration from K-POP fan events, I planned and executed an offline café event. Collaborating with a local beverage shop, I curated a small exhibition showcasing Prince Wei&#x27;s profile, creative process, and music. The event aimed to engage a diverse audience in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, blending art, music, and community interaction.</p><p></p>

<h2><strong>Dance Challenge Strategy</strong></h2><p>To enhance Prince Wei&#x27;s recognition, I created a tailored dance challenge—similar to TikTok challenges—centered around his title track, <em>&quot;WHY YOU MAD&quot;</em>. This strategy leveraged social media platforms, not only through Wei&#x27;s own channels but also by engaging influencers to amplify its reach and foster audience interaction.</p><p>This multi-platform approach successfully boosted engagement and increased public awareness of Wei’s music.</p>

<h2><strong>Storytelling Posts</strong></h2><p>Originally, Prince Wei was a band. However, when other members decided to leave to pursue their individual careers, Wei—the vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter—remained steadfast in chasing his musical dream. To transform Prince Wei&#x27;s brand from a band to a solo artist, I developed a storytelling post strategy that narrated his journey: why he chose to sing, the emotions he hopes to convey through his music, and the heartfelt story behind his perseverance.</p><p>By incorporating unfiltered photos that captured his everyday life, we created an authentic and relatable image that resonated with the audience. This approach successfully established a compelling new narrative, serving as a pre-promotion for the debut of his first EP.</p>
