Graduated from Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management at HKUST, also finished the Fast Track Intensive Training Programme at HKAPA with major in Property Making. Chow is now a freelancer, engaged in production, props, and art. She participated in productions including concert, musical, exhibition, TV game show, advertising, and MV.

畢業於香港科技大學工業工程及工程管理學系，其後於香港演藝學院修讀舞台及製作藝術短期精研課程，主修道具製作。現為自由工作者，為不同的演出擔任製作、道具、美術等崗位，包括演唱會、音樂劇、展覽、電視遊戲節目、廣告、MV等。
