Hi I'm Hormi, A Writer
Hormi graduated from the Department of Hydraulic and Ocean Engineering at National Cheng Kung University. Civil Servant ID: AT7374.
He is the author of the novel Lake Bones and the novella Family in water, and co-author of 100 Literary Keywords.
In 2026, he served as an artist-in-residence at Cove Park (UK) and the Moravian Library (Czech Republic). He is a recipient of the National Culture and Arts Foundation (NCAF) Novel Grant, as well as the China Times Literary Award, Taipei Literature Award, Jane-Chen Environmental Literature Award, New Taipei City Literature Award, Chung Chao-cheng Literary Award, and Tainan Literature Award. He has also received creative and novel project grants from both the NCAF and the Ministry of Culture. His work and interests touch upon public engineering and the local history of Penghu.
