Sinyi 曾任微軟亞洲區副總經理，帶領超過百人的團隊，擁有近20年豐富跨國經驗，橫跨人資、財務、行銷、顧問服務、全球產能配置和技術支援工程等多個領域。她在職涯中領導了一百多個跨國、跨領域的專案，以結合戰略目標、商業價值與以人為本的領導風格，贏得微軟總部「金牌俱樂部」年度大獎及全球「最佳領導人」的肯定。
畢業於台灣成功大學企管系及美國俄亥俄州立大學人資研究所，Sinyi擁有 18 年國際專案管理師 (PMP) 資格，也是 PMI 國際專案管理學會與ICF國際教練聯盟會員。此外，Sinyi 獲得多項國際專業證照，包括 PMI 認證的敏捷混合專案專家、Prosci 全球變革管理師、微軟六標準差進階綠帶、以及哈佛商學院策略執行證書，亦為LinkedIn 2024年評選全球「專案管理話題人物」和「計畫管理話題人物」。目前正在ICA國際教練學院攻讀ICF專業認證教練 (PCC) 資格。
從跨國企業端退役後，她著手創立PM心私塾，在2025年推出客製化的線上一對一教學、諮詢與教練服務，旨在幫助全球跨國企業專業人士有系統、程序化地一步步朝心之所向，築夢踏實，為生活和事業做出對自己有意義的選擇。生活方面，Sinyi 是雙寶媽，並積極參與社會公益活動，擔任世界展望會「職場學姊」，也透過世界展望會資助全球18 名有需要的兒童，另有18 名兒童已實現自立。她擔任大學講師已近八年，教授「專案管理」、「領導力」及「職涯發展」等課程，累積上千名學生。同時，她也是《天下雜誌換日線》專欄「外商媽媽｜Mrs. MAMAA『心』思維」的作者。
Sinyi holds a Master’s degree in HR and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and International Coaching Federation (ICF). With 18 years active credential of Project Management Professional (PMP), she has led over 100 projects and programs to success. She is also certified as an Agile Hybrid Project Pro, Prosci Change Management, and Microsoft Six Sigma Green Belt II. In 2024, Sinyi was recognized by LinkedIn as a Top Voice in Program and Project Management. She is currently pursuing her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
As a former Asia Director with Microsoft where she was employed for 16+ years, she earned prestigious accolades such as the global Gold Club Award and The Leader Award. In 2025, she is launching PM Lab, a customized online 1:1 tutoring, consulting, and coaching service designed to help global corporate professionals achieve their goals systematically and programmatically, while making meaningful choices in life and career.
Beyond her entrepreneurial journey, Sinyi is a proud mother of two, a sponsor of 18 children in need through World Vision, as well as another 18 have achieved independence, a career mentor for World Vision’s Every Dream Matters program, a university lecturer, and a columnist for Crossing, where she writes under the pen name Mrs. MAMAA.
