GENERAL
I don’t do refunds. If the money hasn’t been sent then we can cancel the commission in general.
Please provide as many references as possible. This also means please be clear in your references. Tell me exactly what parts of the reference you want me to use or ignore, I have FULL right to reject any commission request if i feel like i may not be the right fit for you.
PAYMENTS
- Fees an taxes for extra costs and payments will be added to the price. (payment services, partner services, etc)
REVISIONS
Sketches sent before always. You can choose and modify if something is not good. I do not change my drawing by request unless I made a mistake.
IMPORTANT. If you do changes in the drawing in a revision and you don't tell something to add, after that I can add an extra cost of the request.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Depend of the complexion, 1/2 days till 2 weeks. Please keep in mind that art needs time, so please do not rush me. Bigger projects might take up to 2 months and the queue can be long
There may be things that may push it to take longer, if so I will update you
USE
Personal is free to use. Comercial fee is for every product that u buy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I hold every rights concerning the drawing! You may use it for private purposes only such as reposting (with credits) etc. If you are not sure, ask me first.
If your commission is not your OC, I might be selling prints of it in the future
I am allowed to do the following with the artwork:
- Posting the artwork wherever I want (with credit if i have your social media)
- Promoting myself using the artwork (with credit If i have your social media)
- Include the artwork in my portfolio
You are NOT allowed to do the following to the artwork:
- Use my art for NFTs or AI training.
- Include the artwork in your portfolio
REFUNDS
I only do refunds if I didn't start to work. No refunds if the client are not happy with the result, sorry. U have a lot of chances to see sketches and modifications. If the client delays the deadline due to ghost comunication, I won't do a refund.
Payment of the invoice implies acceptance of the terms of service. It is up to the artist to accept a return or not.
